When I was introduced to Crossfit in 2012 I couldn’t do a pull up or deadlift my bodyweight. It was frustrating but I was immediately hooked. At first I was amazed at what the human body was capable of but then found that as my fitness improved so did my quality of life. My wife Wendy and I slowly started piecing together a garage gym but still felt like something was missing. We finally decided to join a gym and joined Calvert CrossFit in 2017. I instantly realized the impact good coaching had on my fitness and wanted contribute to the community at the gym. I attended my CrossFit Level 1 course in 2018 and look forward to attending other courses and seminars in the future with the goal of helping people reach whatever goals they may have.
