Brian grew up in Calvert County (NHS class of '02) and joined the Maryland National Guard as a Military Police Officer. He currently serves as the Platoon Sergeant in the 200th Military Police Company and a Criminal Intelligence Analyst with the Maryland National Guard Counterdrug Task Force. Brian joined Calvert CrossFit during summer 2016 after completing CrossFit WODs during a previous deployment to Iraq. He began interning at Calvert CrossFit North and became a certified Level 1 trainer during fall 2017.

I believe that I bring an attitude and Motivational personality that I gained while in the Army.

I enjoy training/teaching people.
FAVORITE MOVEMENT OR WORKOUT?
I enjoy any type of Olympic lifts but the deadlift is my favorite.
LEAST FAVORITE MOVEMENT OR WORKOUT?
I am not a thruster fan.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO OUTSIDE OF IRON FOUNDRY ATHLETICS?
Spend times with my friends and family.
