Bio

I first fell in love with Nutrition back in 2012 when I set out on a journey to not only lose weight but FEEL better. Learning about the power of food, understanding true balance, and how to eat according to your specific goals, the Science behind Flexible Dieting combined with a strong appreciation for Holistic Nutrition has completely changed my life ever since. I was always in the gym 'lifting' since high school, but it wasn't until after having my daughter in 2015 that I completely fell in love with Powerlifting. I started noticing incredible changes in my strength, confidence, and physique and that was it. I was in love. I started up my own online coaching business and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I now train and coach Flexible Dieting and Strength Training in-person as well as online full-time. My mission- I want every person, especially every woman, to know how powerful it feels to have a barbell in their hands and find their strongest, happiest versions on themselves. I want everyone to truly learn how to eat for a lifetime. There's no end goal.

    Helping people look AND feel their best. I'm all about mental gains being just as important as strength/physical gains. You have to love yourself at the beginning of your journey in order to love yourself after reaching your goals.

  • WHAT BROUGHT YOU TO COACHING?

    Being able to completely change the way I look AND feel and knowing so many people struggle with these 2 things- that became my mission- to help people realize they have complete control to do these things as well.

    DEADLIFTS ARE MY LIFE.

  • LEAST FAVORITE MOVEMENT OR WORKOUT?

    Sprinting/running are not my jam

  • WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO OUTSIDE OF IRON FOUNDRY ATHLETICS?

    Family is everything. I have a husband, daughter, and large family and we are extremely close and doing everything together. Traveling. Cooking. Learning. Bible study time.

  • ADVICE FOR SOMEONE STARTING OR WANTING TO START CROSSFIT OR EXERCISE?

    Just START! Find what YOU like to do. Whether it's Powerlifting, CrossFit, Weightlifting, running, anything...just. start. Find what you love, create specific goals for yourself and crush them.
