IFA Strong is designed to:

– Increase physical strength
– Increase time under tension
– Increase maximal lift capabilities

How IFA Strong is structured:
– Programmed 4 days/week – M/W/F/Sa (on our TRIIB App) with T/TH/Su as “rest days”
– 9-10 week macro-cycle
– Two 4 week micro-cycles within each macro cycle
– 1-2 weeks de-load after micro-cycles
– IFA Strong is a separate track from our other programs.
