CrossFit is hard work, but getting started doesn’t have to be.
We are proud of our transition process that guides you smoothly from a complete beginner to a comfortable and confident CrossFitter.
Prior to joining CrossFit Classes, you will complete 5 one-on-one Skill Sessions with one of our expert coaches. You will learn to safely perform (or modify) 5 squat variations, 4 press variations, deadlifts, kettlebell swings, and the olympic lifts: the Clean and the Snatch. You will learn correct mechanics and progressions for bodyweight movements such as push-ups, pull-ups, box jumps, and rowing. Each day will also feature a dynamic warmup, mobility, and strategies to improve your individual movement mechanics and prevent injuries.
You will also receive a nutrition guide and sample meal plan, complete with grocery lists and recipes. You will learn what, how much, and when to eat to enhance your health, performance, and body composition.
Throughout your on-boarding process, you will begin to build relationships with your coaches and fellow classmates and will build familiarity with our class structures.
After you complete your five skill sessions, you will gain access to our full schedule of CrossFit Classes.
